Welcome to the Workforce Academy!

Ten schools systems have joined together to help their students have more choices for career education. Now you can attend classes in the evening to obtain dual credit college credit.

The Workforce Academy has been developed to meet the needs and open doors of opportunity with the following dual credit, Career and Technical courses, taught by qualified and certified instructors from Kilgore College and the Texas State Technical College at participating high schools.

KC Kilgore College Dual Credit Courses Spring 2009

Tuition

Schools in taxing districts: $25.00 per credit hour
These schools are: Kilgore, Gladewater, White Oak, Sabine, Leveretts Chapel and Overton.
Lab Fee: $25.00 total

Schools not in taxing districts: $50.00 per credit hour.
Lab Fee: $25.00 total

Registration Dates

Kilgore College registration:
November 17 - Dec. 4, 2008 Registration for all students.
December 4, 2008 Spring early registration and payment deadline.
Jan. 6 and 7, 2009 Registration on campus 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Jan. 12, 2009 First day of classes.
